T-mobile gives a 15% discount on cell service if you have a military e-mail address, AT&T says they do too. The magic words are that "Lowes does it year round". They'll basically price match the discount. You dont even need to talk to the manager. The free meal for Veteran's Day today is only available in the Raleigh, NC area. Also, this event is for all community heroes - past and present police, fire, EMT and Military. We are also collecting packages of new gym socks to send to the troops until Friday. For each donation, we'll give you a free Nibbler. All you have to do is show your military ID, active, retired, DAV, reserve, etc... and you will get the 10% discount any day of the week. Menards people have been rude and some clerks have laughed when asked for military discount. So as a disabled vet I feel we all should boycott menards. Have encountered a couple of clerks at Home Depot stating that they give discounts during holiday times. If you ask for manager and state that we fight 365 not on holiday's you will get discount.
